The White House on Wednesday announced that President Biden is affected by COVID-19. Karine Jean-Pierre reported that it is Biden’s third infection for COVID-19 and that he was vaccinated and boosted twice before. He is now going through rigid isolation in his Delaware house with doctors’ surveillance. Doctor Kevin O’Connor, one of Biden’s official doctors declared that Mr. Biden has just developed minor symptoms, including, a running nose, a non-productive cough and “general malaise.” After being tested for COVID-19, he had received his first doze of Paxlovid, an antiviral drug. No fever, normal respiratory rate, according to Dr. O’Connor.
While Biden was on his presidential election campaign in Las Vegas, he visited a Mexican restaurant took selfies with the diners, and appeared slacking in his actions, not like the previous day, where he delivered a speech to the national civil rights group. On his arrival at the Las Vegas airport, he replied to a reporter’s question about how he was feeling. In response to that, he replied, “Good, I feel good.” Lately, on his way to Delaware, Biden on his X/Twitter page tweeted, “I’m sick.”
Biden’s COVID test announcement was made in a conference that he was appointed to speak on Wednesday, increasing tension among Democrats in Congress. After Biden’s terrible debate against his rival Donald Trump last month, a heavy, unexpected blow to Congress has come up with a series of negative events. The deadly fire attack on Trump, followed by Biden’s COVID-19 infection, now America is going through the most turbulent election it has ever faced in history.
In an interview with BET, Biden said that he would come to an end of his presidential race if he developed any medical issues that would put a halt to his run.
Americans are now in a crucial condition, waiting to know the fate of America.
